Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Check in and checkout times per the Ranch. Registration starts at 5pm on the 18th
Q: How do I get to Wickenburg?
A: Rent a car with friends! It’s about a 1.5 hr drive.
A shuttle can also be arranged with the Ranch. They have 10 passenger vans for $150 each way… 15/person if you can fill the van!
Q: Who needs an Event Ticket??
A: Anyone who is attending ANY of the events will need an event ticket. This fee includes the venue, exclusivity of the resort, two dinners and our activities. The event fee pays for these functions. If your spouse is coming and won’t be attending our meetings but will be attending the dinner and activities, they do need to pay the fee. The events are bundled - we can not separate the costs. Contact us if you have special circumstances.
Q: What should I bring?
A: AQ and EQ to start! We are not running this with an event staff… Chrissy and I and your Pro Champs are working our hardest to make this the best experience possible… but expect some hiccups!
As far as clothing: It’s desert heat during the day (90) and desert cold at night (50!). Bring a jacket, shoes to ride a horse and hike in and an outfit for our western dinner! For health purposes, we’ll be doing as much outside as possible!
Bring Ketones, shaker bottles, sun screen, face masks and something to write with.
Q: What events are planned?
A: We are working on finalizing a group event, but there will be a hike and a 2 private catered dinners. Will also include horseback riding and possibly shooting
Q: What kind of training are we doing?
A: Everything from vision to social media to back office… we’ll cover as much as we can! Expect this event to be content heavy during the heat of the day
Q: What if I’m not staying at the ranch?
A: No problem! All you’ll need to pay is the event fee.
Q: Do I need a mask?
A: Yes - bring a few. Many places require it.

Do I need a COVID test? Follow local Arizona guidance as well as the requirements of your departure point.
