Welcome to the 2021 Arizona Mastermind!

Below you’ll find our tentative schedule of events. You’ll have a more complete schedule in your bag at arrival. Here are some things you should know.

IMPORTANT! Do you have a ride to and from the airport? If not, BOOK A SHUTTLE HERE! Space is limited, so as soon as your flight is booked, grab a shuttle! Make sure you read the notes - don’t book a shuttle you can’t make. Cars are also available to rent and it’s an easy 90 minute drive to the ranch. Grab a group and share a car!

Work Hard, Play Hard! Chrissy and I have become experts at taking working vacations where we are able to work our business, learn, and have fun. And that’s what we’re hoping to show you on this Mastermind! We have scheduled times for “excursions”, breakout sessions, masterminds and free time for you to stay involved your business during the week. All of these events and meetings are included in your registration fee (with the exception of golf clubs if you choose to golf).
We encourage everyone who can to book horseback riding ASAP. Please choose only ONE time to ride. The guided nature walk is a great option for those who are not going horseback riding. We do have a longer “moderate” hike Wednesday morning which includes the opportunity to scale Vulture Peak! (you can also do just the moderate hike without the steep climb at the end). More info to come on Team Penning - just know that YOU WILL BE THERE! Only a few participants will ride, but we’ll all be there and it’s TONS of fun! Finally, we highly recommend you sign up for the N8 Statement board class. We have to bring supplies for this one, so we need to know how many are coming! This is a brand new option that anyone can do - Whether you’re crafty or not! There is a “checkout” process when you add your excursions. There is no charge - you’re just entering your name and answering the questions required.

**Also, note that regardless of the AZ rules, the facility REQUIRES masks to be worn indoors, inside their event center and in the buffet line. Masks are not required outside or when seated. Most of our events are being held outside. Please bring masks to wear.

Horseback Riding: Available for new, intermediate or advance trail riders. Must weigh less than 225lbs. Chose ONE time to ride.
Nature Walk: Leisurely walk + education on the local flora and fauna. Reserved for those NOT trail riding. Only 10 participants per walk, offered twice. Shuttle provided by Ranch to the location. Expect about an hour and a half.
Vulture Peak Hike: Moderate to advanced hike (you can skip the advanced part at the end). 3-4hr round trip
Team Penning: Everyone is required to attend. Option to ride the horses. This is a team event!
Pickle Ball: No experience or equipment necessary! Come have fun - instruction provided! Or join in a tournament! Just show up on the courts any time between 9 and 11am M/W.
Golf: Available to those who are not horseback riding. Tee times and cart provided, clubs are $45 at the clubhouse or bring your own. Text us 612-568-3113 to schedule a tee time!
N8 Statement Board - We will create our N8 Statements on Monday (or maybe you already have one!). Use this time to create a canvas board to bring home that has your N8 Statement on it.
Cowboy Cocktail Dinner: On the Sonoran Patio - wear your best “Cowboy Cocktail” Apparel! Will be outside and Mexican cuisine.
Chuckwagon Dinner: Take a wagon to our outdoor bonfire and grill! Cash bar (we will have meetings after!) and live music! Wear attire appropriate for dirt, sand and bonfires. It can get cool at night. Van shuttles are provided back to the Sonoran Room for our closing meeting.
Breakouts: We’ll have a variety of short sessions for you to choose from. Schedule to come! Some sessions will be repeated for those that are riding.
Training: Everyone attends this Tuesday training from 1-4 on the basics of the business + in depth training. Then you’re on your own for dinner! If you want to eat at the ranch, we recommend making a reservation.
Evening Sessions: Evening trainings on vision, business building, N8 statements and all the things you don’t want to miss. This is why you’re here!
